House Rental

Our on-campus housing is available to rent for groups who have dorm reservations. Groups use them to house speakers, musicians, cooks, etc.

General Information:

Rental: Daily

Cost per day:

  • Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend: $275.00
  • Off-season: $225.00

Other Information:

  • Check-in: 4:00pm
  • Check-out: 2:00pm
  • Students from groups are not allowed to stay overnight.
  • Linens, towels, paper goods (including toilet paper) are not provided.
  • No pets
  • Renting group is responsible for cleanup.

Inlet View House

  • 4 bedrooms
  • 2 rooms w/queen beds & full bath in each
  • 2 rooms w/2 single beds in each with a shared full bath
  • Living room
  • Sitting room
  • Front porch overlooking the campus
  • Back deck overlooking the inlet
  • NO kitchen or kitchenette. It has a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.
  • Rates for the Inlet View House are for eight (8) people. More than 8 is a $30.00 per person with an absolute maximum of ten people.

The Henry House

  • 4 bedrooms
  • 2 bedrooms w/queen beds
  • 1 bedroom w/2 single beds in each
  • 1 bedroom with a full bed & private bathroom
  • Hall full size bathroom
  • Living room
  • Full kitchen
  • Front porch overlooking the ocean
  • Rates for the Henry House are for eight (8) people. More than 8 is a $30.00 per person with an absolute maximum of ten people.

Garden City Chapel and Retreat is rich in history. Throughout the years, God has continued to bless the ministries that have taken place here.
